Our office bills out 93228 for every 30 day review and interpretation with report. We have been adding a 26 modifier but are getting rejections. Is a modifier required?

93228 is the professional component, therefore you would not use the 26 Modifier. Please keep in mind Telemetry is not covered by many payers and frequently requires Authorization.
