Wiki CPT for same day emergency appointment

Is there a CPT code for same day emergency appointment in office?
Example, patient calls office with emergent issue and we schedule them for same day.
I was looking at 99058, we would bill in addition to e/m 99203-99215

99058 is certainly appropriate if it disrupts other services. Medicare bundles this with any other serivce provided. Many commercial carriers will do the same. So, yes you may bill it. You just might not get paid for it.
