Wiki how do I bill antepartum care only for twins

I am wondering how to bill for antepartum care for twins that are being delivered by another physician. Patient saw us for antepartum care only. One of the twins has hypoplastic left hear so the pt. will be delivering by maternal fetal medicine.

No. You are billing for pregnancy care of the mother no matter how many are in there. If the visits were more complicated than usual care and it is well documented, you might be able to add a modifier -22, but make sure you have all your documentation ducks in order.
