For these codes the coding companion says 0 global days. The CMS physician fee schedule says 0. But the 2022 CPT book has FUD90 under each code....which are we supposed to follow?

Yes, I'm looking at 2022 Optum CPT, BUT I also checked Optum's coding companion, and those have 0 for both codes.
It must be a misprint...?
