I need information on Truxima - biosimilar I was given Q5115 and I believe a need a Jcode instead. Need clarification on this issue. Thank you

Q5115 is the correct code for Truxima.

The Q code HCPCs are for drugs/biologicals that don't have a J code assigned. It's a temporary category. (If/when a J code is assigned, the Q code will be deleted and cross-referenced to the new code.)
