Has anyone ever dealt with WellCare of Georgia? Where do they get their Fee Schedule from?

Medicare Advantage plans are typically based on the Medicare fee schedule. It would be based on whatever is in your contract - could be 100% of Medicare, could be some other percentage of Medicare (98%, 101%, etc)

If you're talking about a Managed Medicaid plan, the same would apply. Typically the rate structure would be based on Medicaid, but your contract may specify a percentage of Medicaid rather than just 100%.

It should be spelled out in the provider contract.
