ligation of gonadal vein

Doc did an exploratory laparotomy for an intra-abdominal bleed, and ended up ligating the gonadal vein which was oozing. how to code this? thanks!
 
I would start by looking at 37565-37785 Ligation Procedures on Arteries and Veins.
I do not know enough venous anatomy to know which type of vein the gonadal vein is. ????inferior vena cava????
For me, this would be something I would ask my clincian for assistance in understanding medical information beyond my expertise.
