Has Medicare change POS from 11 to 10 for telehealth for patients who call from their home since May 2022?

That is correct, but I believe it fully implemented as of 04/04/2022 based on this document

Check with your MAC, we were told during the PHE we should continue to use 11, and POS 10 was not to be used until after the PHE, or it will reduce your payment. My MAC is NGS for Minnesota.

Looks like it's the same for California assuming that's where your practice is

We're in NYS do we use pos 10 or 11 when billing telehealth services?

It could be POS 10, 11 or 2, depending on if its a private payor or Medicare. Check with your local MAC for the state of New York to see what their guidelines are. In Oregon, we have been advised (by Noridian) to use POS 10 and modifier 95.
