For a Medicare claim, the documentation includes 2 valid ABNs signed on the same day of service, but different choices in the option box. Does one have priority over the other?

I would suggest either talking to the staff who obtained the ABNs, or else contacting the patient to find out what the intention was. Perhaps the patient signed one ABN and then had a change of mind and requested a new one? It would be best to confirm which of these was the patient's final decision so that you can proceed according to their wishes.
