Wiki Titanium Mesh used for bilateral breast sx

I am trying to determine the appropriate code for titanium mesh used in bilateral breast surgery. I have not come across the use of titanium use before. The common px for us is 15777 for ADM. I would appreciate anyone's help! TIA

The sizer was removed. The implant pocket was irrigated with triple antibiotic solution as well as dilute Betadine solution, gloves were changed and the final implant was placed into the implant pocket prepared with the titanium mesh surrounding the lower portion of the implant.

I have found that Alloderm is the only thing that can be used with insurance. Titanium is still considered in trial stages by most insurance companies and not covered.
