NGS Medicare posted a Prolonged Services Timetable 2024 here:

The times noted for prolonged services for 99205 & 99215 do not match CMS's times but do match CPT's times. Is this an error or can NGS make this decision independently?

I would think they would have to comply with the NCD Medicare guidelines for this.

I think so too. Checked again today and it hasn't been corrected (or explained).
