I have always been told that secondary claims will always follow the primary claim type. We have a new 3rd party billing rep that is stating that is wrong and I need to change the claim type. I cannot find any direction on this in any of my manuals. Any help is greatly appreciated!

what is the original bill type and what are they wanting to change it to? and what is the reason why? has it been denied?
