Optum denials for Timely Filing CO-146

Can anyone confirm that denial code CO-146 can include a timely filing denial? I see Optum's payment disputes as needing to be processed in 60 days.

CO-146 is diagnosis invalid for date of service. What codes are being billed?
 
17000 w/L57.0. I'm sure the code is correct, but I also find a list of Common Causes of 146 (from MD Clarity) that lists "7. Timely filing limits". Our denial's posting date is outside of 60-days...?
