I will be taking the CIRCC exam soon. Do you get partial credit for long billing cases, or just correct/incorrect? Do you need to use the modifiers? My facility does not. Any pointers? Thanks in advance.

The CIRCC exam has 100 multiple-choice questions. You need to answer at least 70 questions correctly to pass.

I can't answer questions about the content because this isn't my specialty. However, I can confidently say that there's no partial credit, as the exam is all multiple-choice.

You may find it helpful to take the CIRCC practice exam because it will give you practice both with the electronic format and also help you gauge what type of content you might see on the exam: https://www.aapc.com/shop2/practice-exams.aspx#specialty
