Hi,

How would you code the following chemo administration?
Ado-trastuzumab emtamsine administered through IV implanted port. Only start time is given as chemo time zero. Would this be 96413 or 96446?

I believe that would be 96446 since that code specifically mentions an administration into an implanted port.
