Hello all :) Question for those who have attended a Healthcon National Conference before: are any meals provided by AAPC during the conference? I have to submit a spend authorization to my organization, and this is one of the line items for which I have to account. Thank you all in advance for reviewing and responding to my question.

From the conference page on AAPC's website:

In-person

  • Access to 80+ sessions
  • Earn 18+ CEUs
  • Access to session recordings (not CEU eligible)
  • Conference meals
  • After-hours networking events.
  • Access to Exhibit Hall
  • Ask the Experts Panel Series
As I recall from past conferences (always subject to change by AAPC, of course),
Sunday - There is usually a happy hour
Monday - Breakfast and lunch
Tuesday - Breakfast and lunch. Some years there has been a dinner (awards banquet) or a other event you can purchase separately but not always.
Wednesday - On your own.
Hope that helps.

This is exactly what I needed! Thank you so much :)

Popping in here to say that you can start making reservations for dinning on Disney property 60 days out from your check-in day if staying on property for the entirety of your trip. If you are not staying on property, you will need to make reservations for each day, 60 days out. (60 days from that Sunday, 60 days from that Monday, etc.)
Coronado Springs has three restaurants that you can make reservations for (one has the ability to do mobile order,) one walk up restaurant that also has the ability to mobile order, and the cafeteria. There are two outdoor bars that have limited food items at this time as well. Don't forget to check out the restaurants and the food trucks at Disney Springs, (which is just a bus ride away,) these eateries are not owned by Disney so if you don't see any reservations available on the Disney World website check Open Table.
