In my opinion, with your Bachelor's in psych/social work and your experience as an intake caseworker, I'd specifically seek out some behavioral or mental health coding roles.

Even if you don't think you want to stay in behavioral health coding forever, it could be a start to get coding experience under your belt, and then if you wanted to consider other types of coding you could still learn other specialties.

I'd suggest at least trying a target search to see where it gets you. Good luck!
