Wiki Group Visit Billing for Culinary Classes

One of our providers has recently taken a culinary medicine course at The American College of Culinary Medicine. We are trying to figure out the proper way to bill for a group culinary class.

Would we bill with a specific code to show that it was a group setting for each individual patient or bill with a regular E/M code and leave documentation about it being a group class in the patient's records?

This is brand new to our office so any additional information on how to bill for a group culinary class would be appreciated.

What exactly is the curriculum being taught to the group?
We have a PA that is a Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist. She will be holding classed to teach patients the proper way to eat for their conditions. Each class will be specifically for Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 or Thyroid and we were told to bill using a group code. We are unsure of the proper codes to use and whether we notate each individual patient's documents differently in order to bill to the insurance.
