Hello, can 58545 and 57500 be billed together if surgeon took out a cervical polyp when performing lap myomectomy? 57500 is a separate procedure, but there is no CCI edit between the two CPT codes in encoder.
Please provide links to resources if known, will be greatly helpful in educating.

You can bill, but be sure to add a modifier -59 to this code. The payer will decide if the procedure is incidental or separately payable. Make sure you link the correct Dx code to the polyp removal and that the documentation discusses the procedure in detail.
