All insurances continue to deny capsule endo. i have used 91110 w/both modifiers on the same line and 91110 w/26 & TC on separate lines. Continually denied. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Sharon W

Just for clarification, is this the same scenario you posted in this thread: https://www.aapc.com/discuss/thread...ted-for-improper-coding-what-is-wrong.202075/

If the same provider is providing and billing for the service, you'd bill the global service. There's no need to split the technical and professional components of a service if they are being rendered by the same provider.
