Does anyone know the correct ICD 10 code for "Cluster B traits?" I've narrowed it down to possibly- F60.89, F60.9 or F69. Please advise.

What's the context of that phrase in the note?

Just based on what you've given here, it doesn't sound like a definitive diagnosis. Did the provider definitively diagnose a personality disorder? To me, it sounds like the patient has some traits, but the provider hasn't gone so far as to make an official diagnosis.

Of course, I'm not reading the full note - are there any more definitive statements in it?

That is correct. Provider only stated this wording as the third diagnosis.
