A provider sustained a needle stick injury while withdrawing a needle. The source patient consented to a lab draw for testing for possible blood borne diseases. What would the Diagnosis be on the source patient for this procedure?
 
It would probably depend on which test(s) they're running. If they have no symptoms then it's a screening. I would match the Z11- code for each test they're concerned with.

Some Z20- codes might also help build the imagery based on the tests picked but I don't like using them as first listed.
