Wiki Question on shoulder debridement - subacromial and subdeltoid bursa

I'm fairly new to orth coding, and am trying to understand shoulder debridement's. I know that if they do a rotator cuff repair I can't count the debridement of the cuff in the 29823 same with the bicep tenodesis. The one I'm trying to figure out is debridement of the bursa. If they do a subacromial decompression, and also list under the debridement subacromial and subdeltiod bursa. Are subacromial and subdeltiod two separate structures? Or are they considered one?
