I just wanted to see if you found any information regarding coding these. I am having a similar issue and believe I need a single code based on insurance denials.

We have been told and used CPT 87999 unlisted and its a hassle but it works at time.

Did insurance company see your lab report and lab order forms for any of the claims, and they are still okey with the way you bill?

The insurance company has told me to bill this way lol in a response to our appeal. Also when we registered for Dex Z code and submitted our urine panel with all the codes and what we are testing they recommended 87999.
