Is there any specific modifier requirement for CPT 37252 for MEDI-CAL insurance?
We have been trying to bill with 51 modifier. but, repeatedly getting denied for modifier requirement......any help would be appreciated...

37252 is an add on code and the multi procedure rule doesn't apply so it wouldn't get a 51 mod.
