I have a provider that will provide a diagnosis of 'bursitis versus Morton's neuroma'
Is this a valid diagnosis or do they need to be more specific that is it bursitis or it has to be neuroma, or both? I know we can't code off of probably.

Ahh he needs to tell you if pt,has which one and location of ....foot or toe,? Bill M77.4 and then G57 block per location on body. You can have both
