Will Medicaid insurance pay for a patient to have IV sedation to insert an IUD? It would be in a outpatient center. If so what codes do you use?

If they will pay for it, the codes would be 99152/99153 assuming your provider is the one administering it and you have an observer to meet the requirements of the codes.
