Has anyone outsourced the A/R follow-up to an overseas company? We are having a difficult time hiring and retaining A/R follow-up personnel and may want to outsource part of the work to a company who specializes in all aspects of the RCM process, but is willing to perform only what you need. Can anyone recommend a company?

My advice would be keep it in house,pay the money to acquire experienced personnel. Every company I’ve ever worked for that outsourced overseas paid way more in lost revenue. It’s sounds good going in , but never works out in the end.
