Dr. performed a septoplasty with nasal valve collapse and inferior turbinate reduction, also open reduction nasal bone fracture,.. codes given by dr., 30520 30465 30140 and 21235/ all paid except for 21235/ says NCCI denial for comprehensive / componenet procedure. The surgcial center billed same codes and got paid for all. Please help
 
I add modifier 59 to 21235. 30520 STATES Septoplasty or submucous resection, with or without cartilage scoring, contouring or replacement with graft.
The graft is for 30465 or it is included.
