Dr. performed a septoplasty with nasal valve collapse and inferior turbinate reduction, also open reduction nasal bone fracture,.. codes given by dr., 30520 30465 30140 and 21235/ all paid except for 21235/ says NCCI denial for comprehensive / componenet procedure. The surgcial center billed same codes and got paid for all. Please help
