thanks Tessa... aaaack! now I have to look closer at 76! ..that's a good one though, .. I'm starting to think, since there isn't anything concrete that I can find either... I'm thinking we CAN use other modifiers on the add-on codes on the rare occasions that they might be needed. I'm betting it's going to be carrier specific as to whether or not they want the mods or not.. hmmm.???

Hi, Donna ... No I do not have anything concrete on using -59 with add-on codes. But I wonder if you should use a -76. I know, I know .. it's a different level ... but the PROCEDURE (code) is being repeated.

I'll ask some of the other coders if they have anything in writing about using -59 on add-on codes.
