Not really. No one has explained why the bundle was created. The STS did stress again that 33870 should not be used for doing a hemi-arch graft (which, to my knowledge, is always the lesser curvature of the arch). To bill 33870, the head vessels (innominate, left carotid and left subclavian) all need to be reimplanted into the new graft.
