    Does anyone else code for an cardiology ASC that I can go over C7517- heart cath with angiogram? I don't agree with our dictation in order to be able to bill this code. Thank you!

    Wiki Pedal Access Angiogram

    My provider performed a distal pedal access angiogram up into the superficial femoral artery. This was of the third order coming up from the foot. However, I am unsure if this can be coded as a 36247 since we didn't pass through the aorta, our access was through the foot.

    When performed, is a carotid angiogram included with the endarterectomy - 35301? ALSO, a separate case... carotid endarterectomy was not done due to not a lot of plaque, but the patch angioplasty and carotid angiogram were done. How would this case be coded?
