Does anyone else code for an cardiology ASC that I can go over C7517- heart cath with angiogram? I don't agree with our dictation in order to be able to bill this code. Thank you!
 
the code specifies ", with iliac and/or femoral artery angiography, nonselective, bilateral or ipsilateral to catheter insertion, performed at the same time as cardiac catheterization and/or coronary angiography, " so unless your provider also did an angiogram of ilio/fem arteries then its not billable
