    Wiki PA Co-Signature Requirement on E/M Consults

    Our PA's are performing inpatient consults (99251-99255 & 99221-99223). We are billing under the PA's NPI#. Is the supervising physician required to co-sign the consult report for billing purposes? And where can I find documentation to support this?
