Wiki Correcting Codes

I work in a practice where the providers do all of the coding before its signed off on, occasionally they look over small errors such as duplicate codes or incorrect codes. Do the providers have to make the addendum to correct those errors or am I as an office manager able to make that addendum...

Wiki Dme & icd 10

Does anyone know anything about DME billing and what it will do to/for DME? I work for an Optician/Optometerist office and my boss (optician) and I are very interested in knowing what the code changes hold, and how different the billing will be. Any information would be appreciated! Thanks...
