    Question about G0181 and Hospice

    Ok, I am knewish at coding and billing and I work for Hemo/onc and I just received a letter askin for a tckbck for G0181 from Mdcr for the total pymt I don't understand why? and some of these are from 2009 can anyone provide me with some answers. I appreciate the help very much. Thank you.
