    The office I work for we do a few in house labs. But most are sent out. The lab does not bill the insurance, as we pay the lab. This is to keep the pt from getting a bill.we are a non profit and if the ins doesn’t pay we do not pass along the bill to pt.my question is do we have to apply the 90...
