    Wiki Vaccine Refusal

    One of our providers mixed up the medication to give the injection, but the parent refused it at the last minute. I have the diagnosis code for the refusal, but can we bill for the medication since it was already mixed up and we had to waste it since the parent refused?

    Can I bill for a visit with only the parents if the child is not present. They discussed medical concerns of the parent.

    Wiki Rx wean

    Does anybody know of a code to use for weaning someone off of Zoloft. No specific reason, just that parent wanted to see if the child could be taken off now. No reactions, no intolerence.......Any ideas?
