    Wiki PEG Insertion Assistant

When performing in patient PEG placement our MD's regularly use one of the PA's to assist. There are procedure notes from both the MD and the PA. Can I bill both the 43246 and 43246-80? Is it the same for all payers? Thank you, Michelle Loyd, CPC
