    Can somebody steer me in the right direction please?😧 So, I was originally trained that when an insurance company takes back money, I need to delete all charges and make sure claim balance is $0 because the insurance company is reprocessing the claim and wait until the next payment comes...

    Hello experts here, A patient who has 2 or more chronic conditions qualify for CCM. I have a patient who has 2 Dxs, one is qualify for CCM, the other one is N52.1, Does anyone knows if N52.1 qualified for CCM? Thank you in advance Jenny
