I have had several claims denied by Medicare for code 0015F being on the claim for PQRI Melanoma Measures. Medicare says that is it an invalid code and has been replaced, but can't tell me where to look for this new code. Has anyone else ran across this problem or knows what the new code is?? Thanks for any help!!
