Can anyone assist me with obtaining a copy of the description of cpt 0256T from the 2011 CPT Changes manual. My email address is kbritt@pvasatx.com Thank you so much!
 
Dee I am looking for documenation on the code when it was first added to the CPT manual. The new code is actually 33361. The CPT Changes manual gives a better description of the code than the CPT manual. Thanks
