Hello, Is anyone else getting denials for 0421T device dependent procedure when billed with C2596? Palmetto GBA is returning the claim indicating C2596 is not valid. When our PFS associate call Medicare she was given a reference from 2012.
In my research I can see as of 12/31/23 C2596 status changed and it was not longer a pass-though device, but it is still active on the 2024 addendum B file. Thought?
