Can we use 0715T with C9600/92928? Dr. Z said going retroactively to January 2022 CMS said 0715T can now be charged with DES, whereas before we couldn't. We keep getting these cases back with the in house hospital coders saying we cannot use it with DES. Where can I get information from CMS in regards to this? Going to CMS website is not helpful because that website is difficult to navigate.
 
Here are two articles on coronary lithotripsy. It is an add on code and payable when used with 92928 along with a few other codes. You will have to send records and prove it was necessary to use the lithotripsy to get insurance to pay. Medicare at this time does not have a fee schedule for this code.
