My ortho has a patient with an oblique comminuted tibial plateau fracture. He did an external fixator but wants to bill the fracture codes separately as 27532, 27752, 27538. There is no radiology report that documents 3 separate fractures.

NCCI edits do not bundle them. Is this correct.
 
You would only bill for the application of the Ex-Fix 20690 or 20692 depending on the documentation of your ortho and the 27532 for the closed treatment with manipulation of the tibial plateau.
