Our office has an outside company that comes in 1 day a week to do nuclear stress testing. There seems to be a difference of opinion on how to bill these. It has always been my understanding that if 1 physician does the whole test then you would bill the 93015 (we lease the equip). If 1 physician supervises then you bill 93016 and 93017 and for the 1 interpreting physician you would bill the 93018.

I am trying to clear this up and any help would be greatly appreciated. :confused:
