You code the poisoning code from the 9xx.xx codes first then the symptoms if any and then the E code for accidental poisoning by substance.

I am the radiologist coder and there are no symptoms its simply says:
"HISTORY: Ingested furniture oil
FINDINGS: Lungs are clear. Pulmonary vascular flow is normal. The cardiothymic silhouette is normal. Bony thorax is normal.
IMPRESSION: Normal chest."
The only dx i can come up w/ is: 989.89
