Does anyone know how to code infusion of albuterol continuous nebulization of 10 hrs? 10 mg albuterol

Look at 94644 and 94645. For ten hours, you'd bill 94644 and 94645x9, plus J code for the Albuterol. I can't give you the exact J code for the Albuterol without knowing if it's compounded, non-compounded, unit dose or concentrated. The codes for those are J7610-J7613, and you'd post 10 units because they're all billed per mg.
 
Thanks Pam. I was confused by the notes wording of infusion and new bag as if the nebulization had infusion somehow.
