Wiki 10060 and use of comedone extractor

Hi,

We are having an issue with 10040 and 10060. I believe that since a comedone extractor is used to drain the cyst, 10040 would be the correct code. However, other believe that it should be 10060. Am I correct and are there any articles or documentation that would justify this?
